CAS No:111-02-4

Synonyms:Spinacene, Supraene

SQUALENE is Unsaturated Hydrocarbon

Squalene is poly unsaturated hydrocarbon found in the cells of all living organisms. It is a triterpene (C30H50), produced by living cells as an intermediate in sterol synthesis. Years of research have proven that its highest amounts in humans is found during the young age and then it gradually declines in terms of quantity as a person grows old. Human skin is the largest organ of our body and produces the highest quantity of Squalene compared to other organs. Squalene is responsible for soft and smooth skin texture and protect our skin from DNA damage and lipid per oxidation caused by UV radiation. Because of this property, it is widely used as an effective anti-aging ingredient in numerous cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, and health supplements.

Oxygen is the most essential substance for our body. Squalene can produce in oxygen deficient cells. Available oxygen via squalene mediated reaction increases the overall cell metabolism and helps to increase the stamina and endurance.

Squalene is the most efficient endogenous antioxidant in human body and enhance the natural immunity to fight against diseases like arthritis, hypertension, and cancer.

The compound is one hundred percent pure and natural and is manufactured from olive oil, rice bran oil, amaranth oil, wheat germ, and deep sea fish oils. It is particularly present in abundance in squalus fish oil.
