Squalane

Squalane, is a hydrocarbon (C₃₀H₆₂), found naturally in the sebum, secreted by human skin. Produced by the complete hydrogenation of Squalene. It is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, and a transparent liquid. It is a non-sticky, non-irritant, non-oxidizing, non-drying, and an extremely stable oil. Absorbed easily by human skin without giving any unpleasant and greasy feel. Squalane is capable to penetrate inside the human skin, and imparts flexibility, smooth texture and appearance.
